As technology advances daily, so do our needs. Drones have become powerful and versatile tools that can speed up many tasks in life. From roof inspections and thermal imaging to aerial views of property and outside activities. Our drones feature cameras for all of the above and much more. For inspection and thermal imagery of any sort (including roofs and structures to finding lost pets, live stock etc) we use the DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, and for all other tasks, we use the DJI Mavic 3. Pictures below show thermal imaging on a deck and roof that show the moisture in the deck and the hot and cold spots on the roof, same with the window picture, it shows heat loss around the windows and along the soffit. My name is Ian Leuenberger and I have been flying drones for 7 years. I hold a Transport Canada Advanced Certificate for RPAS; Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems. Aside from the pure enjoyment I get with flying drones, numerous times I have found myself in situations that only a drone could get the right view, see down a gulley, find a lost pet etc, and decided to take it seriously. They are a versatile and cost effective way to get unique imagery or perform multiple tasks from the air.

I have lived in Williams Lake for 30 years and grown to love it and the surrounding area. My work area currently is Clinton to Bella Coola and I am very grateful for the amount of beautiful scenery I get to see on a daily basis. I feel that with the use of drones in our lives that we can eliminate risk, time and energy from tasks that would require a helicopter and a crew. Compliance with federal aviation laws is top priority, with the Advanced Certification I can gain access to otherwise restricted airspace legally.
